Ikebukuro PARCO will celebrate its 55th anniversary on November 23, 2024 (Sat./holiday). Since opening as PARCO's first store in 1969, along with the changing city, we have followed a transition while incorporating diverse personalities and unique cultures. "Before the 55th anniversary, PARCO will be connected and spread through this city and people." With that in mind, an anniversary project titled "LINK" will be held for 55 days from November 1 (Fri) to December 25 (Wed), with the theme of this anniversary.

IKEBUKURO PARCO×OWARAI NYLON
Developing a gorgeous shooting visual featuring six sets of comedians who are attracting attention now![]()
Collaboration with the separate volume "OWARAI NYLON" of the fashion culture magazine "NYLON JAPAN"! We hired six groups of comedians who are attracting attention from veterans to young people, and performed photo shoots in Ikebukuro PARCO and in Ikebukuro area. A large number of completed visuals are available inside and outside Ikebukuro PARCO. In addition, a special booklet will be distributed in the hall and an SNS campaign will be held with signed cheki. On the day of the anniversary, an anniversary party will be held on the rooftop of Ikebukuro PARCO and on the rooftop, and a special comment video will be broadcast on the exterior wall vision from November 23 (Sat/holiday) to December 1 (Sun). In addition, the special collaboration issue "OWARAI NYLON IKEBUKURO PARCO ISSUE", which will decorate both sides of this visual, will be released on November 26 (Tuesday).
In addition, special projects such as distribution of special booklets, purchase novelties, and SNS campaigns will be implemented!

A special booklet created to commemorate the 55th anniversary will be distributed throughout the museum.
A commemorative book featuring the 55th anniversary project over 24 pages, including the following cuts and locations of six comedians appearing in the main visuals, limited items of each shop and information on rooftop events.

Takashi Fujii (Yoshimoto Kogyo)
Joined Yoshimoto New Comedy in 1992. From the mid-1990s, he moved his base to Tokyo and gained popularity as a talent. In 2000, he started singing with his single "Nadakanda". In September 2014, he established the music label SLENDERIE RECORD, producing luxurious features such as Yu Hayami, Laser Ramon RG, Tsubaki Oniyakko, Kyoka Suzuki, Teruki Goto, etc. In August this year, we released "SLENDERIERECORD 10YEARS 10SINGLES" to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the label's establishment.
KOJI 1200 (Yoshimoto Kogyo)
Debuted in 1995 as a music project by Koji Imada produced by TOWA TEI, with a single "Nauromantic". Not only danceable sounds that feel neuromantic, but also music videos and cool visuals have become a hot topic. In August 2024, SLENDERIE RECORD, established by Takashi Fujii, released a new song "Shining Star" for the first time in 28 years, featuring TOWA TEI as a sound producer.
Madcarra Bree (Yoshimoto Kogyo)
Formed in 2007. He has steadily gained recognition by appearing in numerous indie live performances, and has been active as a member of Omiya Seven since 2014. In 2020, Noda won the "R 1 Granpuri" brilliantly, and with that momentum, he won the long-cherished wish at the "M 1 Grand Prix" in the same year. Currently, in addition to regular programs such as "Ariyoshi no Wall" (NTVNTV), "Madakalraburi's All Night Nippon 0" is being broadcast every Friday from 3:00 to 4:30 on Nippon Broadcasting.
Love Letters (ASH&D)
Formed in 2009. A talented person who won the title of the king in the fifth final at the 17th "King of Cont" held the other day. Taguchi is active as an actor and Tsukamoto is also a writer, expanding his range of activities by individuals. YouTube radio "Love Letters Stair Sitting Man" is being distributed every Monday from 23:00.
10 billion year LOVE
A Masso Kano, Laland Saya, and heroine Maki Fukuda, who had deepened friendship after "Tgettoge TV", which was broadcast on TV Asahi's "Superbara Daisakusen" from October 2022 to September 2023, and YouTube channel Ashitaro Fukuda, who started with "Tgettoge". Commonly known as "Billion LOVE." In just about five months after the launch of the channel, the number of subscribers has exceeded 165,000, and has gained support from a wide range of people.
Captain Bison (Production Manpower Building)
Formed in 2020. "King of Cont" has entered the quarterfinals for the third consecutive year since 2022. He has also won second place in UNDER5 AWARD for the second consecutive year since 2023, and has achieved good results in numerous award races. A noteworthy strain with outstanding fun and acting skills among young contists.
Air Conditioner Bunbun Sister (Yoshimoto Kogyo)
26th year student at NSC (Yoshimoto Sogo Performing Arts Institute) Tokyo. In 2020, while studying at NSC, he advanced to the semifinals of "Women's No.1 Decision Battle THE W", and his name recognition surged. Unit You's car and AIR CON BOOM ONESAN are also active as an artist under the name of AIR CON BOOM ONESAN, and is expected to shine with multi-talented talent.
