Ikebukuro PARCO celebrated its 55th anniversary on November 23, 2024 (Saturday holiday).
Since its opening as PARCO’s first store in 1969, Ikebukuro PARCO has been changing along with a changing city, incorporating diverse individuality and unique culture.
“Ahead of the 55th anniversary, PARCO will continue to connect and expand this city with people.”
With such thoughts, we held an anniversary project bearing the theme of this anniversary "LINK" for 55 days from November 1 (Fri) to December 25 (Wed).
We will deliver a photo report of the rooftop event that has been held for 5 consecutive weeks.

On the day of the 55th anniversary, we collaborated with the magazine "OWARAI NYLON" to hold a one-day ANNIVERSARY PARTY on the rooftop and in the hall.
On the rooftop, in addition to the "Tateguchi Super PARCO Show" by Love Letters Yutaro Tameguchi, who won the "King of Cont 2024" champion, a special live event where comedy and music are mixed.
The magazine "OWARAI NYLON IKEBUKURO PARCO ISSUE" was also sold in advance.
In the hall, limited collaboration items from each shop are gathered in one hall to celebrate the anniversary. The distribution of free drinks and DJ performances at various places added flowers to the museum.
