[Refund conditions]
・Refunds can be requested from January 16 to February 28, 2025.
・Please come to the store where you purchased the product with the target product, receipt (no copy allowed), and paper warranty. We will refund the price at the time of purchase in cash. In addition, since the product is treated as a return, we will collect it at the store.
・Please bring the original paper for both the receipt and the warranty.
・Refunds will not be available if purchased through shareholder special treatment tickets, points, shopping tickets, and other cash vouchers, tax exemption purchases, lens exchange tickets or social welfare.
・In the case of refund, please fill out the return sheet at the store. If you do not fill in the form, we will not be able to receive a refund.
・We cannot accept refunds for other products purchased at the same time as the target product.
・We cannot accept returns or refunds for customer reasons, such as significant dirt or damage to the product.
・Products purchased outside the applicable purchase period are not eligible for this campaign. In addition, even for eligible products, we only accept normal guarantees outside the refund acceptance period.
・If you purchase two or more bottles, the refund will be limited to one per person. Two or more refunds will not be accepted.
