I would like to explain the difference between these two pairs.


I think it is difficult to understand the difference because the silhouette, color, and shape are similar, but there are four main differences.
(The right of the first photo is Black Miss, and the left is Beckman Flat Box.)

Difference 1 [With or without the front core]
The Beckman flat box does not contain parts that maintain the shape of the toe, which is called the "front core".
It is a model that uses details that are often seen in American boots from the beginning to the first half of the 20th century.
When you wear it, the toes sink and the shape changes.

The black miss has the tip.

Difference 2 [Leather]
The Beckman flat box is used for black chromdake leather called "tea core", which has a thick coating film on the surface of the leather.
Because the coating film is thick, the leather is hard.

Black miss is a leather with the same tea core as Beckman Flat Box, but it uses black Plaley leather with a thin coating film.
Since the coating film is thin, the leather is soft.

No. 3 [Sole]
The sole used in the Beckman flat box does not contain a mid sole (medium plate), so it has good bendability.
The soles used for black mistakes also provide grip strength even on slippery road surfaces.

No. 4 [Hook]
The Beckman flat box uses a small brown hook, so you can enjoy a classic atmosphere.
Blacksmith uses brass-colored hooks to create a rugged atmosphere.

It is an aging of the Beckman flat box worn by the staff for about 2 years.
You can see that the black coating film is shaved, the tea core is visible, and the shape of the toes is changing.



Both models have a simple design, so they can be used in various styles.
Beckman flat box is also recommended for those who like classical fashion style due to its details!
I think it depends on the job type and workplace, but some people wear it at work according to the suit if they care with a clean silhouette.
Black miss is also recommended for those who like rugged biker style or work style!
