RED WING SHOE STORE Ikebukuro Parco store.
This time, I would like to introduce STYLE NO.101 "POSTMAN OXFORD" which is popular among many models!
The 101 was released in 1954.
It is a model with a history of 70 years.
It was originally produced for U.S. police officers, post office staff and station staff.
The rubber soles that are cushioned and resistant to fatigue are worn by post office staff who walk long distances every day.
It came to be nicknamed "Postman Shoes".
It is excellent in both functionality and design, such as a silhouette with a thin item on the toe that goes well with a uniform and durable and supple leather.
These two points were evaluated by USPS (U.S. Post Office) and paid to post office workers nationwide.
Next to the feather is a tag marked "SR/USA" with proof that it meets the security standards of postal workers.
(I think it's easy to understand if you look at the second photo.)
The shaparal leather, which wrinkles and gives natural gloss when worn, is easy to enjoy aging.
