■ Numbered ticket distribution location: In front of entrance to the north area on the 1st floor of Ikebukuro PARCO Main Building

※ You can purchase up to 4 items for each set of 2 items per person.
※ We will ask you about the color of the desired pacto and the color of the foundation lip along with the numbered ticket distribution, so if you choose in advance, we will guide you smoothly.
※We cannot answer the number of arrivals of each pacto color. Please note that depending on the stock status, we may not be able to prepare the desired color.
※Pakto and Lucky Charm will be handed over in the same color.
※Numbered tickets will be exchanged until 14:00 on the day, and will be automatically canceled after the time.
