George Cox is a brand that was born in 1906 and is loved by teddyboys due to its distinctive soles that are hard to hear footsteps, and from there it is famous as a brand closely related to many UK cultures such as punks and Locaville.
By the way, Teddy is the nickname of King Edward 7 of England. The tedds seem to have been called teddyboy because they arranged the fashion style "Eddyian Look" (a slim silhouette and a long jacket) that Edward 7 liked in their own style!
