New Balance Opens New Concept Stores
At the new store in New Balance, we have developed a concept that puts people instead of products at the center of our store experience. Selected products and visual storytelling highlight the creators and origins behind the products, representing the New Balance at the intersection of sports and culture. Rather than telling all the stories of New Balance, the lineup of products is curated for athletes and fashionistas to expand their imagination. The circular seating area (fitting area) symbolically placed in the center of the sales floor is designed to naturally create communication between customers, staff and customers. We aim to be a store where people can gather, get inspiration from each other, and find their own style.
