At the third generation Ikebukuro Jigemonton, you can enjoy Jigemonchanpon-chanpon, mainly shabu-shabu, teppanyaki, tempura.
The shabu-shabu of Nagasaki Hojuton, a finest pork that renews the Japan SPF Association certification for more than 30 years, can enjoy an elegant taste along with chin soup stock and Kyushu soy sauce exquisite soup.
In addition to fully equipped with a private room with a calm atmosphere, it can also be used for banquets with large numbers of people. In the daytime you can enjoy our specialty champon and tempura meals, and in the evening you can enjoy sake with Nagasaki regional cuisine.
