Q： What is "Preliminary Admission"? Can anyone participate?
Ａ： Only customers who purchase advance tickets can enter the venue from 11:45 (12:00-Tokiiri ground starts).

Q： I have purchased two advance tickets. Is it okay to line up by one person when distributing the numbered ticket?
A： Please arrange and enter the numbered ticket distribution with your accompanying companion.
At the time of the numbered ticket distribution, we will confirm that all the accompanying guests who enter during the day are aligned and hand the numbered ticket.

Q： Can I join on the way?
A： You will not be able to join in the middle after you give your numbered ticket. You can enter only with the same number of people as when the numbered ticket was distributed.
Q： I have purchased two advance tickets. If my companion is ill and participates alone, can't I enter in advance?
A： Although it is possible to enter with a smaller number of tickets than the number of tickets purchased, due to the ONLINE PARCO system, we will not be able to distribute tickets, so all accompanying guests who will enter during the day will be requested to enter together.
In the unlikely event that a companion scheduled to participate wishes to enter separately after entering, we will not be able to provide information or enter the venue.
Q： How many numbered tickets are available for advance admission?
A： We can also inform you of the specific number, but we have prepared the number that can be handed over to customers who purchase advance tickets.

It is scheduled to open from 12:00, but there is a possibility that it will change depending on the advance admission situation.

Ａ： Large luggage (including carry bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) is not allowed to be brought to the event venue. You cannot keep it at the venue, so please use a coin locker etc. in advance.
